Don’t Knowingly Poison Your Family

Dirty Dozen & Clean 15 PrintoutNow you know, and there is no going back. :) Many people are not getting the severity of eating food free from poisons, so I am going to try and make it simple.  You can even download my printable flyer with cutouts to keep in your wallet.

1.  Never, ever buy these following items unless they are certified organic or you know the farmer and they confirm that no pesticides were used:  note: I provided some alternatives if  your store does not carry organic alternatives.

“Dirty Dozen” 

  • Apples & Juice from apples
  • Celery
  • Strawberries
    Alt. Kiwi, Pineapple 
  • Peaches
    Alt. Watermelon, Tangerines, Oranges, Grapefruit 
  • Spinach
  • Nectarines
    Alt. Pineapple, Papaya, Mangos
  • Grapes & Raisins
    Alt. Domestic Ones 
  • Sweet Bell Peppers (orange, red, yellow)
  • Potatoes
    Alt. Sweet Potatoes 
  • Blueberries, Cranberries, Raspberries
  • Lettuce
  • Kale
2.  Don’t have organic produce in your grocery store?  Concentrate of buying a bulk of your produce from the “Clean 15 List” below.  Or, grow your own!

  • Onions
  • Sweet Corn (but not GMO, because they contains RoundUp)
  • Pineapples
  • Avocado
  • Asparagus
  • Sweet Peas
  • Mangoes
  • Eggplant
  • Cantaloupe
  • Kiwi

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Grapefruit
